Amiri Digital Inc. ("Amiri Digital", "we", "us") is a British Columbia company. What we collect

- Transaction information: quotes, orders, invoices, payment status and licence or warranty registration details. We do not store full payment card numbers; card payments are handled by our payment processor.

- Project information: personal information contained in systems or data you give us access to when we perform services for you.
How we use it
- To prepare quotes, process orders, deliver products and services, and invoice

- To respond to procurement opportunities and meet contract requirements

We use project information only to perform the services you engaged us for.
We do not sell personal information.

We collect, use and disclose personal information with your consent, which may be express or implied from the business relationship, or as permitted or required by law. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual limits, by contacting us. Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to provide products or services.
Who we share it with
- Manufacturers and distributors, to fulfil orders and register licences and warranties
- Service providers that host our website, email, files and accounting, process payments, or ship orders
- Professional advisors, such as accountants and lawyers
- Authorities, where required by law
These parties may only use the information for the purpose we provided it.
Storage outside Canada
Some of our service providers store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States. Information held outside Canada may be accessible to authorities in that country under its laws.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work as a result.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, including tax record-keeping requirements. We then delete or anonymize it.
